On September 3rd, we received 17 trademark certificates issued by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for "shlucky", "Sanhuan Lexi", and the logo design, covering over 60 items in seven categories including magnetic materials and devices, magnets, electroplating, waste disposal, etc.
Registering a trademark is beneficial for strengthening the protection of the company's registered trademark, enhancing product recognition, establishing brand image, and enhancing the company's core competitiveness. A registered trademark can only be protected within the registered category. However, after registering the company logo design as a work, it can prevent others from maliciously imitating the trademark and registering it in other trademark categories, thereby strengthening protection efforts.
